WARANGAL, NOVEMBER 09, 2025: The three-day Model United Nations Conference (SR-MUN 2025) began on Friday at SR University, Ananthasagar intending to foster global awareness, leadership qualities, and problem-solving skills among students.
Participating as the chief guest, Warangal ASP Shubham motivated the students to pursue excellence, develop analytical thinking, and engage in discussions that promote global understanding. Inaugurating the event ACP of Kazipet P. Prashanth Reddy emphasized the importance of discipline, responsibility, and active participation in such forums that help students build leadership and communication skills.
CI Hasanparthi also graced the occasion. Presiding over the Conference, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Dr M Shahikala said that the three-day conference would feature nine international councils, where students would act as delegates representing various countries to deliberate on topics related to global development, diplomacy, health, and economy. Over 1,200 students from different schools across Warangal and Hanamkonda districts are participating in this event, she added. The programmemwas coordinated by L. Gunakar Rao, Mr. N. Mahender, and Dr. Ramesh led by Master Shantham Srivastav, Secretary-General of SR-MUN 2025 and Dean of Student Welfare A.V.V. Sudhakar.
