HYDERABAD, NOVEMBER 01, 2025: Students of Government Degree College, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, secured first place in the Quiz Competition organised by Rashtrapati Nilayam, Bollaram, Secunderabad, as part of the National Unity Day celebrations.
Nearly 30 colleges (Government, Private Degree Colleges and Engineering Colleges) participated in the event, making the competition highly challenging and prestigious. The students of GDC Rajendranagar showcased exceptional knowledge, quick thinking, and teamwork, earning them the top position.
The winners received the award from Mr Jaya Prakash Narayan, the Lok Satta founder president, at the Rashtrapati Nilayam.
Principal M. Himabindu congratulated the students on their remarkable achievement and commended S. D. Bhavani, NSS Programme Officer, for her dedicated guidance and mentoring that contributed to the students’ success.
