KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 12, 2025: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has participated in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)’s centenary celebrations with traditional shastra poojan and path sanchalan (march past) in Karimnagar town on Sunday.
Wearing black caps, khaki trousers and full-sleeved white shirts with sleeves rolled up, and carrying wooden staves (dands) on their shoulders, volunteers marched through different localities. Residents showered them with flower petals as they passed. Participants from various age groups joined the programmes, reaffirming their commitment to the nation’s welfare.
The march past began from Sri Satyanarayana Swamy temple in Ramnagar town. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sanjay Kumar emphasised adopting the Sangh’s five principles of change—Swadeshi, social harmony, family enlightenment, environmental protection and civic duty.
It may be recalled that Bandi Sanjay Kumar launched his career from his childhood as RSS activist from the Ramnagar locality in Karimnagar town.
