Stages a protest dharna in front of the Karimnagar Court complex and demands the disqualification of the accused from the legal profession
KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 07, 2025: The Bar Association members of Karimnagar town have staged a dharna in front of the district court premises in Karimnagar town, condemning the alleged attack on Chief Justice of India BR Gavai in the Supreme Court on Monday.
The Karimnagar lawyers demanded that the accused Kishore should be disqualified from taking up legal practice in any court or tribunals in the country. The agitation was led by Karimnagar Bar Association president Lingampalli Nagaraju, and other advocates participated in the dharna.
Terming the incident as an attack on the entire legal fraternity and the Indian Constitution, they demanded stern action against the accused by not allowing him to practice law in the country. They said that the attack on the Dalit CJI was an attack on the Constitution of the country.
