
The EO held a media conference at Annamayya Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday noon after completing a detailed and final review meeting with all the Heads of various departments of TTD, district administration, police, along with the TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary.

Discussed in length with district administration on Brahmotsavam arrangements and we are all working in tandem and a detailed micro level planning has been designed by all the departments of TTD in coordination with the District administration and police to ensure that devotees participate in large numbers without any inconvenience as per the the instructions of the CM to provide good facilities to devotees while preserving the sanctity of Tirumala.
The traditional cleaning of the temple before brahmotsavams, the Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam, the cleaning of ornaments, trial-run of Vahanams were completed
CM of AP will offer Pattu Vastrams on the day of Dhwajarohanam on September 24 and inaugurate PAC 5 on September 25
Civil engineering works-Rs.9.5cr and electric illumination works-Rs. 5.50 crore have been sanctioned for annual brahmotsavams
Flower decorations were undertaken at Rs. 3.50 crore. The entire decoration will be made through the donations. 60 tonne of flowers to be used for decoration.
Additional staff for sanitation for nine days have been deployed to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises
Cancellation of rooms on recommendation letters during the nine days, and 3500 rooms will be allotted offline during this period, with a decision to give top priority to the general devotees
This year, 36 LED Screens will be installed for the devotees to watch Vahana Sevas and other cultural programs.
1.16 lakh Special darshan tickets and 25thousand SSD tokens per day, except on the day of Garuda Seva. All privilege darshans stand cancelled during this period, while VIP break is limited to only Self protocol VIPs.
8 lakh laddus will be the buffer stock per day
20 Help Desks (ten additional) to provide information to the devotees. For collecting feedback from devotees present in each gallery, Srivari Sevaks will be specially deployed besides regular officers of TTD.
14 varieties of items will be served to devotees in the galleries on the day of Garuda Seva. In Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex (MTVAC), Annaprasadam will be served to the devotees from 8 am to 11 pm every day.
The parking facility is available for around 4000 vehicles in 24 parking areas at Tirumala while the parking places in Tirupati includes Alipiri Link bus stand that holds 2000 two-wheelers and 500 four-wheelers, Nehru Municipal Ground with 1000 and 300, ISKCON ground – 750 and 250, SV Medical College ground – 1000 and 150,
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan ground – 500 each (both two and four wheelers) respectively, besides Devalok and AP Tourism open area to hold 500 four wheelers each. On the parking place for two wheelers is 5250 and for four wheelers, 2700 is available in Tirupati.
RTC buses will be available in the parking spaces in Tirupati to transport devotees to Tirumala. Other days, 1900 trip,s and on the day of Garuda Seva, 3200 trips
2000 TTD Security and Vigilance, around 4700 Police will be pressed into service besides 3500 Srivari Sevaks and 450 Senior Officers of TTD, to monitor the activities during the annual festival. 3000 CC Cameras have been integrated into the Command Control room in Tirumala for carrying out 24X7 surveillance
Around 960 additional staff, besides 2300 Sanitary workers, are being deployed for annual brahmotsavams. 1150 tonsurers work round the clock in various Kalyanakattas at Tirumala.
50 doctors and 60 Paramedical staff, besides over a dozen ambulance services, during the Brahmotsavams
298 cultural teams hailing from 28 states will be performing for the first time during Brahmotsavams, and on the day of Garuda Seva, 37 teams from 20 states will present their respective traditional and spiritual art forms.
JEO Veerabrahmam, CV and SO Murali Krishna, CE Satyanarayana and other HoDs were present while among the officials from the district administration, District Collector Venkateswarulu, SP Subbarayudu, Tirupati Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mourya, ASP Tirumala Ramakrishna and others were present.
