KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 03, 2025: The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS), Karimnagar, organised an awareness session on “The Key to an Entrepreneur’s Continuous Growth” on the campus on Wednesday.
The resource person, Mr. Manchikantla Anil Kumar, Managing Director & CEO of the Centre for Training and Employment (CTE), Hyderabad, and an alumnus of IIT Roorkee, highlighted the essential qualities and mindset required for sustaining entrepreneurial growth in a competitive environment. He emphasised the importance of innovation, adaptability, financial planning, and continuous skill development as cornerstones for entrepreneurial success. Drawing from his rich industry and entrepreneurial experience, he inspired students to think creatively, identify opportunities, and overcome challenges with determination.
The session witnessed active participation from students, who interacted with the speaker and gained valuable insights into practical aspects of entrepreneurship and employability.
On this occasion, JITS Chairman Juvvadi Sagar Rao, Secretary J Sumith Sai, Principal T Anil Kumar, Dean P.K.Vaishali, HoDs, and faculty members appreciated the initiative of the EDC Cell in organizing such knowledge-sharing sessions and encouraged students to leverage these opportunities for their personal and professional growth.
