

KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 15, 2025: The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotism and grandeur at Trinity – The School of Learning, Karimnagar.
The event began with Chairman Dasari Prashanth Reddy hoisting the National Flag. In his address, he reminded the students of the sacrifices made by the great freedom fighters and emphasized the significance of this historic day. The Chairman, in his speech, stated that Independence Day is not merely a celebration but also a reminder of the responsibility we all share in shaping and strengthening our nation.
Speaking on the occasion, School Ratnamala said that India’s independence is the fruit of immense sacrifices by countless noble leaders. She urged today’s students to recognise their role in the nation’s development and to grow into responsible citizens.
A second-class student, Vihaan, performed the National Anthem on the piano, along with a patriotic mashup, for the occasion and won accolades. The cultural programmes were the highlight of the event. Nursery, LKG, and UKG students captivated the audience with dances reflecting the rich cultural heritage of various communities — including Hindu, Muslim, Christian, and Punjabi traditions and freedom fighters getups by junior kids added more Patriotism to the event.
The school’s four houses — Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow — presented excellent patriotic group dance performances, which greatly enriched the Independence Day celebrations. The children’s dances were truly extraordinary.
Later, the Janmastami festivities were celebrated with great grandeur. Students of Classes 6 and 7 performed a vibrant Dandiya dance, while Trinity Junior Krishna and all Radhikas beautifully recreated scenes reminiscent of Brindavanam.The Dahi Handi festival added to the excitement, with Principal Smt. Ratnamala garu actively participating in pulling the pot, providing immense entertainment to the students.
A stunning vinyl poster of Lord Bala Krishna was also displayed, and students enthusiastically took part in the pot-breaking celebrations. Finally, Junior Trinity Krishna successfully broke the pot, marking the high point of the Krishnashtami celebrations. The festivities concluded with an energetic group dance, reflecting the joy and devotion of the occasion.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and includes great devotion from students, parents, teachers, and the entire school staff. The school representatives noted that the celebrations not only foster patriotism but also strengthen the values of social service, equality, spirituality and humanity among students.
