KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 21, 2025: University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Satavahana University, at LMD campus in Karimnagar town, celebrated the 11th International Yoga Day with a vibrant and engaging event promoting physical and mental wellbeing through yoga on Saturday.
Principal K Srisailam said the celebration brought together students, teachers, and staff to participate in a series of activities aimed at fostering a healthy lifestyle and mindfulness. The event kicked off with a rejuvenating yoga session. “The sessions provided a unique opportunity to experience the transformative power of yoga along with techniques to manage stress and enhance overall wellness,” said Srisailam.
He also said yoga is an incredible tool to embrace holistic wellbeing and attain better health standards for society at large, especially the youth. NSS Programme Officer K Sunitha, HoD G L Archana and others were also present.
