KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 19, 2025: The Vikasa Tharangani and Prajna Vikas will be hosting the 11th International Yoga Day celebrations at Circus Grounds in Karimnagar town on Saturday (June 21) from 7 am to 9 am.
With the blessings of Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, Sri Sri Devanadha Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamy will personally the Yoga asanas in Karimnagar. The yoga asanas include; Surya Namaskar, Trikonasam, Tadasanam, Vrukshaasam, Gomukasanam, Plavanasam, Pranayams, Basmika, Kapalabathi, Anuloma Vilom,a, Savasanam and other asanas. Besides the organisers would also educate the participants various health issues, proper diet and moral values. They also appealed to the students and others to participate in large numbers.
