TRSMA leaders meet CM in Hyderabad and submit a memorandum
HYDERABAD, JANUARY 31, 2024: The Telangana Recognised Schools Management Association (TRSMA) state unit has urged Chief Minister A Revanth to exempt the private already recognized schools from the Traffic, Fire and Local bodies No objection Certificate (NoC) for renewal of recognition. They said that the system may be applicable to the opening of new schools.
The TRSMA state leaders led by its president Sadula Madhusudhan, general secretary N Ramesh Rao, treasurer R Raghavendra Reddy, Chief Advisor Y Shekhar Rao, working president S Yadagiri, convenor IV Ramana Rao, spokesperson S Jayasimha Goud and others met the Chief Minister in Hyderabad and submitted a memorandum in this regard on Wednesday.
The TRSMA leaders also urged the government to bring the electricity, water and property tax from the commercial category to the special category and help the private schools. Appealing the government to safeguard the private schools, teachers and students from the attacks from anti-social elements, they urged the government to bring a special protection law of private schools. They also urged the government to provide health insurance coverage to all the private school teachers.
They also urged the government to allocate five acres of land for the setting up Education, Training, Research and Development Centre to conduct training and workshops for continuous professional development of private school teachers. They also urged the government to recognize their union as the official recognized union to give concrete suggestions to the government for the betterment of education sector. They also urged the government to provide fee reimbursement in private schools by providing 25 per cent reimbursement to the poor students.
