
Pilgrims can now conveniently share feedback by scanning QR codes placed at various locations across Tirumala and Tirupati. Upon scanning, they will be directed to a WhatsApp interface where they can submit their feedback in simple steps.

Pilgrims will be prompted to:
• Enter their Name
• Select a Service Category (such as Anna Prasadam, Cleanliness, Kalyan Katta, Laddu Prasadam, Luggage, Rooms, Q-Line, or Overall Experience)
• Choose the Feedback Medium – either text message or video upload
• Rate the service as Good, Average/Could Be Better, or Not Good
• Provide additional comments (up to 600 characters) or upload a video
• Once the feedback is submitted, the system will confirm receipt with a message stating: “Your feedback has been recorded successfully. Thank you for the valuable feedback.”
TTD management will thoroughly review all feedback received and take necessary actions to address concerns and improve services.
