KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 12, 2025: Swami Vivekananda Vidya Parishad Trust in association with the Indian Medical Association (IMA) Karimnagar Chapter organised a blood donation camp for the benefit of Thalassemia patients at IMA hall in Karimnagar town on the occasion of birth anniversary celebrations of Swami Vivekananda on Sunday.
Around 25 members of the trust donated the blood and Urologists Dr Krishnamurthy and Dr Srikanth also donated the blood on the occasion. Trust chairman Tudi Kalyan, Chief Advisor Yellanki Anil Kumar, Trust Director and IMA state joint secretary Dr Polasa Ramkiran, IMA Karimnagar president Dr A Naresh, secretary Dr Naveen, treasurer Dr Vijay participated and appreciated the noble gesture of blood donors.
HUM voluntary organisation founder Dhanapuri Sagari, Arun, Deeraj, Prathima hospital doctors Dr Vivekananda, Dr Amit Kumar Dr Sajid and Dr Vinay and others also participated in the programme. Earlier, the trust leaders paid floral tributes to the statue of Swami Vivekananda on the occasion of birth anniversary celebrations.
