KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 20, 2024: Sports Day celebration was held at Government Junior College, Manakondur, in Karimnagar district on Tuesday.
From track and field events like sprints and relays to traditional games of tug-of-war, every student had a chance to shine. Manakondur legislator Dr Kavvampalli Satyanarayana participated as chief guest and distributed prizes to the students along with Principal V Anjaneya Rao.
On this occasion, the legislator called upon the students to participate in the sports along with academics for their all-round development to stay mentally and physical fit. Later, the students presented colourful cultural programmes and entertained the gathering.
