HYDERABAD, OCTOBER 06, 2024: The Telangana Language and Culture department in association with the Supada creations has produced a special Bathukamma samburalu video song.
Tourism Chief Secretary Vani Prasad had formally released the video song on Saturday in her chambers. Speaking on the occasion, she said that the Bathukamma, the festival of flowers, is celebrated only in Telangana and it is a way of respecting nature for its abundance. She said that the Bathukamma song was picturized perfectly amid nature’s beauty.
The song was rendered by ML Shruthi and lyrics by Dr Thangilla Sridevi Reddy, Music MM Srilekha, Nagadurga, Veena and Swathi also rendered their voice for the song. Telangana language and culture director Mamidi Harikrishna, journalist Ponnam Ravichandra, Director Chetan, DPO Tirupati, writer Ayunampudi Srilakshmi and others were also present.
