KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 19, 2024: Volunteers of National Service Scheme (NSS) units of Vivekananda Degree and PG College in Karimnagar town participated in Swachhata Hi Seva 2024 campaign by taking up cleanliness drive on the campus on Thursday.
The fortnight long programme would be conducted under the theme ‘Swabhav Swachhata – Sanskaar Swachhata’. The volunteers actively participated in the removal of shrubs and weeds and other garbage material on the campus.
College Principal Ch Srinivas called upon the students to play a responsible to keep the premises clean and tidy to check the spread of diseases. He informed the NSS volunteers to actively participate in the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign. NSS programme officer Danapuri Sagar and Bairam Mahesh, ACO B Sampath Kumar, AO B Sravan Kumar, Rameshwar Rao and others were also present.
