TIRUPATI, OCTOBER 26, 2024: TTD Executive Officer J Syamala Rao participated in the Ayudha Pooja performed by Transport and the Printing Press wings in Tirupati on Saturday.
Initially, the EO along with JEO(H&E) Goutami and CVSO Sreedhar was given a warm welcome by the GM Transport Sesha Reddy and later Pooja to the statue of Sri Venkateswara was performed in the TTD Transport department.
Speaking on the occasion the EO said Ayudha Puja is wonderfully performed every year in TTD Transport to the fleet of vehicles, and other machinery and appreciated the services of the department in the pilgrim service.
Later he visited the Printing Press building and participated in the pooja of replica idols of Srivaru along with Sridevi and Bhudevi.
Special Officer of TTD Press Sri Rama Raju felicitated the EO and other top brass officials on the occasion and explained the functioning of various machines including offset, printing, binding etc. by showing them to the officials.
All the vehicles were decorated with flowers and festoons in the Transport while the printing machinery was decked for puja in the Press.
DLO Varaprasad Rao, DyEOs Govindarajan, Devendra Babu, Gunabhushan Reddy, Siva Prasad, Chief PRO Dr T Ravi, Transport and Printing Press officials, and staff were also present.
