KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 19, 2025 The Telangana Cooperative Central Bank Employees Association, Karimnagar chapter, annual sports meet was conducted in Karimnagar town on Sunday.
The sports meet was formally inaugurated by DCCB Vice Chairman P Ramesh, Director V Mohan Reddy, CEO Satyanarayana Rao and others were also present.
The winners of various competitions include: Chess winner Ramakrishna Veernapalli branch and Runner-up Praveen legal section. The Chess winners: G Ramakrishna, Veernapally and Runner up, Praveen Legal section. Badminton: Winners; Shashidhar Rao & Srujan Kumar and Runners; Adithya & Pradeep.
In cricket competitions, the Peddapalli district has won the title by defeating the Karimnagar team. The Karimnagar team scored 74 runs for three wickets in 10 overs and the Peddapalli team has scored 75 runs by losing two wickets in 6.4 overs.
The women’s caroms doubles winners: Deepthi-Likitha and Runner-up: Swetha-Revathi. The Carroms singles, winner:Likitha and runner: Sujatha. Chess: Winner:Deepthi and Runner: Anitha. Shuttle: Winner: Alekhya-Keerthana and runner-Deepthi-Sumanjali.
Carrom doubles winners: K. Ramakrishna and P Raju and Runners up: S Ramakrishna and S Venkatesh.
