
Will not ally with any political party and contest elections individually
KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 14, 2025: The AIMIM Karimnagar district unit has reiterated that they would hoist the AIMIM flag on the Municipal Corporation of Karimnagar (MCK) by contesting the elections independently without allying with any political party in the ensuing municipal elections.
Karimnagar MIM chief Syed Ghulam Ahmed Hussain, who met the party national president Asaduddin Owaisi at the party office in Darusalam, Hyderabad, on Sunday, has assured that national party chief to hoist the MIM flag on the MCK office. He also reiterated that the MIM would show its presence felt by contesting in Sarpanch, MPTC and ZPTC elections in the district.
Stating that the party had constituted committees in 38 municipal divisions out of a total of 66 divisions, he stated that the MIM was strong in 25 divisions and would easily win the seats and emerge as a force to reckon with and even attain the post of Mayor. He informed the party high command that the party had suffered a setback due to a friendly contest with BRS and the adamant attitude of BRS MLA Gangula Kamalakar.
Reiterating that the MIM would crusade for the protection of Wakf properties, Idgah lands and Qabaristan lands in the district, Mr Amhed assured to take all measures to strengthen the party and ensure that it emerges as a force to reckon with. On this occasion, Mr Owaisi felicitated Mr Ahmed by presenting him with a huge garland.
