KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 03, 2025: BJP contestant Malka Komuraiah has won from the Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Karimnagar Teachers Legislative Council constituency after the completion of counting of votes in Karimnagar town on Monday night.
Against the total of 25,041 votes polled, 24,144 remained valid and 897 votes were invalid. BJP candidate Komuraiah secured 12,959 votes against the target of 12,073 votes to declare the candidate as winner.
Other contestants Vanga Mahender Reddy secured 7182 votes, Ashok Kumar 2621, Kura Raghotham Reddy secured 428 votes.
A native of Peddapalli district, Mr Komuraiah is the founder of Pallavi model schools, Pallavi engineering college and franchise of Delhi public schools in the Telangana state.
