KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 07, 2026: The SRR Government Arts & Science College (A), Karimnagar, conducted a Workshop on NAAC-NIRF Preparedness. The workshop was organised with an objective of making the faculty members and administration aware of the latest parameters which are essential for effective participation in accreditation and ranking exercises of both NAAC and NIRF.
The event was conducted on critical areas, including NAAC’s Maturity-Based Assessment Levels, documentation, and data management, quality indicators, OBE: Outcome-based education, and ways to enhance institutional performance on NIRF parameters such as Teaching-Learning and Resources, Research and Professional Practice, Graduation Outcomes, Outreach and Inclusivity, and finally, Perception.
IQAC coordinator Harjoth Kaur drew attention to possible methods in collecting evidence, data submission within set deadlines, the use of information technology tools, and mechanisms for ensuring quality assurance within institutions. The sessions also clarified that teamwork among departments, process clarity, and assuring constant improvements for achieving superior grades in NAAC and NIRF rankings are essential principles.
While the In-Charge Principal of the college , P Nithin, was addressing the gathering, emphasising the need for joint efforts, planning, and commitment towards academic excellence and development, faculty members were actively participating in discussions with some suggestions towards improving academic and administrative procedures.
The workshop concluded with an interactive session and a resolve to implement structured action plans at the departmental and institutional levels to enhance overall quality and national visibility of the college.
