KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 23, 2026: The Alphores Educational Institutions in various parts of Karimnagar town came alive with the celebrations of Vasanth Panchami with religious fervour and gaiety on Friday.
The festival is dedicated to Goddess Saraswati. A ‘homam’ ceremony was performed on the school premises to seek the grace and blessing of the Almighty for the students appearing for classes X and XII board examination and for the entire school by Institutions chairman V Narender Reddy, along with his wife Dr Vanaja Reddy.
Vasant Panchami is also a festival that honours Goddess Saraswati, the Goddess of Knowledge, music and art. The teachers and the students took part in the celebration enthusiastically. The institutions were decorated with flowers, mango and banana leaves.
