HANAMKONDA, FEBRUARY 23, 2026: A Two-Day Skill Development Programme on Aptitude and Reasoning commenced at Kakatiya Government College (Autonomous), Hanumakonda, on Monday, organised by the TSKC & Placement Cell in association with TASK. The programme is aimed at strengthening students’ quantitative and logical skills essential for competitive examinations and recruitment processes.
Principal Prof G. Srinivas presided over the inaugural session. In his address, he emphasised that every student must learn Arithmetic and Reasoning systematically and practice regularly, as these areas play a crucial role in competitive examinations and PG entrance tests. He advised students to build strong fundamentals and improve problem-solving speed to enhance their success rate.

A Anil Kumar, TSKC Coordinator & Placement Officer, stated that Arithmetic and Reasoning are decisive factors in scoring and selection, both in public and private sector recruitments. He highlighted their importance in major competitive examinations such as SSC, Banking, RRB, UPSC, TGPSC, and various PG entrance examinations. He encouraged students to take the training seriously and use it as a stepping stone toward career advancement.
Vice Principal Rajashekar, Srinath, Dinakar, Chinna, Srikanth, G.K. Kumar, Sagar, Naveen, Sunitha, Vandana, Balu, Madhav, Vinay, and other faculty members participated in the programme. A large number of students attended the session with enthusiasm. The programme will continue for two days with focused training and practice sessions to equip students with the skills required for competitive success.
