
KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 11, 2026: The Government Degree College for Women (Autonomous), Karimnagar, is organising a two-day National Seminar on March 12 and 13 on the theme “Green Chemistry for a Better Tomorrow.” The seminar is being conducted by the Department of Chemistry with the support of the Telangana Council of Higher Education, informed the Principal Prof D Varalakshmi in a statement.
Vice-Chancellor of Satavahana University Prof. Umesh Kumar will attend the seminar as the Chief Guest. Sarasija, BOS, Department of Chemistry, Satavahana University, will participate as a Special Invitee.
Scientists and academicians from IIT Madras, NIT Warangal, and Osmania University, Hyderabad, will also participate in the seminar. The Principal invited postgraduate students, research scholars, and faculty members from colleges under the jurisdiction of Satavahana University to participate in large numbers and make the best use of this opportunity. She also appealed to everyone to contribute to t to the success of the seminar.
