
KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 02, 2025: Rich tributes were paid to lone crusader against corruption and founder president of Lok Satta Udyama Samstha, Karimnagar Consumer Council, Karimnagar Film society and other social service organisations, Naredla Srinivas, on the occasion of his 73rd birth anniversary at Film Bhavan in Karimnagar town on Sunday.
On this occasion, the Lok Satta activists and others paid floral tributes to the statue of Naredla Srinivas on the premises of Film Bhavan and also to his portrait. The participants recalled the services of Mr Srinivas for the upliftment of the society and his crusade against corruption. As UBI senior manager in Karimnagar district, he had helped several persons with the construction of houses, educational loans and other financial assistance.

They said that the Telangana state had lost a great leader, who was first in questioning in irregularities in the government and other sectors. It may be recalled that Mr Srinivas passed away during the second phase of COVID on February 15, 2021.
Lok Satta, Film society and KCC leaders R Chandra Prabhakar, Varala Mahesh, Syed Muzzafar, Prakash Holld, Lakshmi Gautam, M Gangadhar, OP Raghuram, Rudra Shankaraiah, Laxminarayana, Venkatapathi, Laxma Reddy, Mahender, Arun, Manohar, Anjaneyuly and others were also present.
