RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, MARCH 24, 2026: A training programme for the benefit of degree final year students to promote higher education opportunities and employment prospects was concluded at the Government Degree and PG college, Gambhiraopet in Rajanna-Sircilla district on Tuesday.
The programme was organised under the aegis of TASK and the Career Guidance Cell. The programme was convened by TASK and Career Guidance cell coordinator J. Shravan Kumar and held under the chairmanship of the Principal, Prof. V. Vijayalakshmi.
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal stated that in today’s competitive world, securing employment becomes easier only when students possess comprehensive awareness across various subjects. She emphasised that aptitude and reasoning skills are useful not only for government jobs and private sector employment but also for competitive examinations. She further assured that if students make effective use of such opportunities, more job fairs would be organised in the future to facilitate campus interview selections.
TASK and Career Guidance Cell Coordinator J. Shravan Kumar highlighted that this is a very valuable phase in students’ lives and explained the importance of preparing for competitive examinations.
As resource persons, P. Sagar Babu from Magic Bus Naandi Foundation provided detailed guidance to students on several important aspects related to career development.
Certificates from Magic Bus Naandi Foundation were distributed by the Principal and faculty members to nearly 50 final year students who attended the programme.
Faculty members M. Prabhakar, Y. Anjaneyulu, P Dharmapuri, V. Vani, Adivishnu, K. V. Bikshamayya, Manohar, Sucharan, Srinivas, Krishna Prasad and other teaching and non-teaching staff participated in the programme.
