KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 21, 2026: Three NCC cadets from SRR Government Arts and Science College in Karimnagar town have secured jobs in the Indian Navy as Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR). The selected cadets include: G Shiva Prasad, T Naveen and B Dileep.
On this occasion, College Principal K Ramakrishna felicitated the cadets and said that this significant achievement marks a pivotal moment in the career of cadets and reflects their unwavering dedication and commitment in serving our nation. “These cadets will undergo rigorous training and education to prepare for a future as a Navy officer,” he said.

NCC 9 Telangana Battalion Commanding Officer Lt Col V Krishna added that their journey is a testament to the hard work, perseverance and leadership qualities they have exhibited throughout their time in NCC.
College NCC Officer Captain Rella Sanjeev informed that these cadets have demonstrated exceptional leadership and perseverance throughout their NCC training, embodying the values and spirit of the armed forces. “As they prepare to join the Navy\, they will undergo specialised training that will equip them with the skills needed to excel in their roles,” he added. NCC Battalion officers Sagar Singh, PV Rao and others were also present.
