
KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 9, 2025: Trinity, The School of Learning, Salehnagar, Karimnagar, celebrated Telangana Language Day on Tuesday to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mahakavi Kaloji Narayana Rao with great respect.
The ceremony was graced by Trinity Educational Institutions’ Chairman, Dasari Prashanth Reddy, Chairperson & Academic Director, Dr. Dasari Mamatha Reddy, Principal, Ratnamala, Academic Coordinator, Srikanth, Administration Counsellor, Charanjit Kaur, Telugu Department Head, Bhaskar, and Telugu teachers, Samata and Gangajala.
Kaloji, popularly known as Praja Kavi, was a great people’s poet and social reformer of Telangana. He dedicated his entire life to social justice, human values, and the welfare of the common people.
On this occasion, the school organised several special programmes, such as: Recitation of Kaloji’s poems, Telangana-themed poems and songs, Sodhamma getup performance reflecting Telangana dialect and culture, Telugu poems and shlokas recited by students of Grades 5, 6, and 7, Telangana Thalli getup by a 6th-grade student, Kavitrayam (Nannaya, Tikkana, Erranna) getups by 5th-grade students.

The celebrations created interest in students about the Telugu language and instilled a sense of respect for Telangana’s rich traditions.
On this memorable day, the programme concluded with the emotional and soulful singing of the “Jaya Jaya He Telangana” song, followed by rich tributes to Mahakavi Kaloji.
