HYDERABAD, AUGUST 11, 2025: Contrary to the claims made by the state government that there will not be an internal assessment for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) public examinations from the academic year 2025-26
Accordingly, the government had issued orders in this regard on Monday. The State government’s decision to award 100% marks to external assessment for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations, which was to be implemented in the 2025-26 academic year, has been withdrawn.
The School Education department, through an order on Monday, cleared that the existing mode of 80% marks for external assessment and 20% marks for internal assessment for SSC public examinations will continue.
