

KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 13, 2025: In a grand ceremony, the Telangana Government College Teachers Association (TGCTA) extended heartfelt felicitations to the Associate Professors of SRR Government Arts and Science College, Karimnagar, recognising their unwavering dedication, academic excellence, and significant contributions to higher education on Wednesday. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, faculty members, and representatives from TGCTA, who lauded them for their relentless efforts in shaping the future of students and upholding the standards of education in Telangana.
The felicitation ceremony was organised to acknowledge the hard work and commitment of the Associate Professors who have played a pivotal role in enhancing the academic environment at SRR Government Arts and Science College, Karimnagar. Their relentless pursuit of knowledge, research contributions, and student mentorship has set a benchmark for excellence in higher education.
Speaking at the event, Harjoth Kaur, President of TGCTA, KNR emphasised the crucial role of faculty members in fostering quality education. “The dedication of our Associate Professors is commendable. They are the backbone of our education system, nurturing young minds and contributing to the intellectual growth of the state,” she remarked.
The ceremony began with a warm welcome by P Rajesh, President, Unit of TGCTA, who highlighted the association’s commitment to supporting and recognising the efforts of government college teachers.
Felicitation of Associate Professors – Each Associate Professor was honoured with a shawl as a token of gratitude for their service. The felicitated Associate Professors expressed their gratitude to TGCTA, especially Brijesh, for the recognition and reaffirmed their commitment to academic excellence. “This honor motivates us to work harder and contribute more effectively to the field of education,” said B Chandrashekar, one of the awardees.
“Behind every successful student is a teacher who refused to give up on them. Today’s felicitation is a reminder that our efforts—whether in research, mentoring, or community service—create ripples of change. I thank TGCTA, especially Brijes,h for acknowledging the silent work we do,” said B Sathish Kumar.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by B Naresh, Treasurer, who expressed gratitude to all participants for making the event a grand success.
