
HYDERABAD, SEPTEMBER 25, 2025: The Press Information Bureau (PIB) Hyderabad organised the ‘Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath’ programme at CGO Towers, Kavadiguda, under the Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 campaign of the Swachh Bharat Mission on Thursday.
The programme began with the administration of the Swachhata Pledge by frontline sanitation workers and staff, reaffirming their commitment to a clean and healthy India.
On the occasion, sanitation warriors were felicitated for their immense contribution to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Speaking on the occasion, Additional Director General, Smt. Shruti Patil, IIS, said: “Cleanliness is not just a one-day activity but a continuous responsibility. By joining the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s call, each one of us contributes to building a cleaner and healthier India.”
In line with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s call for ‘Ek Tareekh, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath’, the programme saw enthusiastic participation, reinforcing the message that collective effort is essential to achieve the vision of a Swachh Bharat. Deputy Director Manas Krishna Kanth, Media & Communication Officer Varganti Gayathri, Administrative Officer Aswini Kumar, officers from the Central Bureau of Communication, along with other staff of PIB & CBC participated in the event.
