RAMAGUNDAM, APRIL 09, 2026: NTPC Ramagundam and Telangana’s Operation Department organised a Swachhata Abhiyan cum Yogabhyas Drive on Thursday at Arogya Path near Eco Park under the guidance of Manoj Kumar Jha, HOD (O).
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from Operation Groups 1 & 2. C. K. Samanta, HOP & ED (R&T), and Manish Aggarwal, GM (O&M), graced the occasion. Addressing the gathering, Shri Samanta emphasised the importance of maintaining a clean and litter-free township and encouraged employees to imbibe cleanliness as a daily habit.
As part of the drive, employees actively participated in cleanliness activities, reinforcing the spirit of environmental responsibility and civic sense. This was followed by a light yoga and exercise session, with active involvement of young engineers, promoting physical fitness and well-being.
The initiative successfully combined cleanliness with wellness, fostering team spirit and creating awareness of sustainable and healthy living practices. Such efforts reflect NTPC Ramagundam’s continued commitment towards Swachhata, well-being, and community responsibility.
