KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 20, 2025: Five students of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Nagunur, Karimnagar, have been selected to represent Satavahana University in the South Zone Handball Championship, scheduled to be held at Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Kottayam, from March 17 to 20, 2026.
The selected players are J. Abhinaya Sri (B.A., 3rd Year), B. Sharanya (B.Com General, 3rd Year), B. Srivani (B.A., 1st Year), D. Vaishnavi (B.Com General, 1st Year), and N. Lasya (B.Com General, 1st Year).
Principal T Malathi, Vice-Principal S Padmaja, Physical Director Parveena Begum and staff congratulated the students, appreciating their dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship, and wished the team success in the championship. They also wished the students good luck in their future endeavours.
