PEDDAPALLI, OCTOBER 11, 2024: Students of Peddapalli district have set a record of sorts by climbing Mount Patalsu Peak in Solang Valley, Manali in Himachal Pradesh state.
As part of a trekking expedition, a former student of Sacred Heart High School in Godavarikhani, Medi Amruth Sai and Sree Chaitanya Defence and Sports Academy students Pesedla Sahasra has climbed the Mount Patalsu which is 4250 meters elevation in 12 hours under the guidance of exserviceman Mahipal Reddy.
The trekking was taken up with the theme of ‘Say no to Drugs and Yes to Life’ under the guidance of the Prohibition and Excise department. Several other students were also part of the trek to Mount Palatsu.
