
RAMAGUNDAM, NOVEMBER 11, 2025: Aligning with NTPC’s continuous efforts to promote employee well-being and holistic growth, the Employee Development Centre (EDC), NTPC Ramagundam, organised a two-day programme on ‘Stress Management and Positive Thinking’ on 10–11 November 2025.
The sessions were conducted by the experienced faculty from Brahma Kumaris Vishwa Vidyalaya — Dr. B.K. Umarani, B.K. Rajani and B.K. Shobha who shared valuable insights on achieving inner peace, maintaining emotional balance, and developing a positive mindset in both professional and personal life.
On 10th November, a special session was organised exclusively for HODs and Senior Executives, which was chaired by Mr C.K. Samanta, ED (R&T). In his address, Mr Samanta highlighted the importance of maintaining balance in all aspects of life and emphasised that a calm and positive mind plays a key role in achieving sustainable success and harmony at the workplace.

Throughout the two-day workshop, participants were introduced to various topics including Smart Management and Right Thinking, Work–Life Balance, Holistic Health, Meditation, and Anger Management. Interactive discussions and guided meditation practices helped participants gain practical tools to manage stress and enhance overall well-being.
The programme received enthusiastic participation and appreciation from employees, reflecting NTPC Ramagundam’s commitment to fostering a healthy, positive, and productive work environment.
