KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 22, 2025: The National Mathematics Day celebrations were held at St George International School (CBSE) in Karimnagar town to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mathematics genius Srinivasa Ramanujan on Monday.
The celebrations began with Chairman P Fathima Reddy, Principals Priyadarshini and Bhargav, and the mathematics faculty lighting a lamp and paying floral tributes to the portrait of Ramanujan.
The students presented lectures, skits, and dances on mathematics, showcasing their talents. They also displayed projects on various mathematical concepts, including conic sections, matching formulas, and addition and subtraction on the number line of integers.
On this occasion, Mr Fathima Reddy appreciated the students for their excellent projects, which reflected the spirit of Ramanujan’s contributions to mathematics. He also commended the mathematics faculty for their efforts in organising the event.
