KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 04, 2025: With a view to getting a Ph D Guideship, as many as eight faculty members of SRR Govt. Arts & Science College (Autonomous), Karimnagar, have submitted their Applications for recognition of Research Supervisors to guide the Ph.D. scholars to the Registrar, Satavahana University, Karimnagar, Prof. Jasti Ravi Kumar successfully.
On this occasion, Principal Prof. Kalvakunta Ramakrishna and Research Committee Coordinator M. Malla Reddy stated that the Applications of Prof. K. Ramakrishna, Burla Chandrashekhar from the Telugu Department, M. Malla Reddy, Harjoth Kaur, Burla Naresh, K. Arjun from the Commerce Department and Tirukovela Srinivas, Padala Thirupathi from the Botany Department, have been submitted to the Satavahana University for their verification and recognition of PhD. Supervisors.
It is well known that Satavahana University has recently accorded recognition to the Department of Telugu, Commerce, and Botany as research centres. They expressed hope that apart from the 8 Faculty Members from the SRR Govt. Arts & Science College (A), Karimnagar, the eligible faculty members from these three departments of Government Degree Colleges under the Satavahana University, Karimnagar jurisdiction will be recognised as Ph.D. Supervisors.
The event was attended by Vice Principal Nitin Pathak, T. Rajaiah, TGCGTA State General Secretary Kadaru Surender Reddy, Research Committee Convener M. Mallareddy, Head of the Telugu Department Burla Chandrasekhar, Head of the Botany Department Tirukovela Srinivas, and other faculty members, including M. Srinivas Reddy, Harjyoth Kaur, Vangala Srinivas, Burla Naresh, K. Arjun, Padala Thirupati, B. Satish Kumar, R. Swaroopa Rani, K. Rajesh, V Rajesham, and A. Soma Narasaiah.
