KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 25, 2025: As part of the World Heritage Week celebrations, the Department of Heritage, Karimnagar, in collaboration with the Youth Tourism Club of SRR Government Degree College, Karimnagar, organised a series of cultural competitions, including essay writing, elocution and painting.
Students of SRR College showcased remarkable talent and emerged as winners in the essay writing and elocution categories.
K Sagar, Assistant Director, Department of Heritage (Gandhi Centenary Museum), presented prizes to the winning students. Youth Tourism Club Coordinator K. Sudhakar, members A. Ram Kishan, G. Rajender, Museum Technical Assistant K. Raviteja, and Office Assistant Gouse participated in the programme.
In the essay writing category, P. Sharanya and B. Anand secured the first and second prizes, respectively. In the elocution competition, A. Sahiti and P. Shruthi won top honours.
Principal of SRR Government Degree College, Prof. K. Ramakrishna, Vice-Principal Nithin, and TGCGTA General Secretary K. Surender Reddy congratulated the faculty members and the prize-winning students for bringing laurels to the institution.
