KARIMNAGAR, JULY 31, 2025: SRR Government Arts and Science College, Karimnagar (autonomous) in association with IQAC, has announced the introduction of two certificate courses, including Candle-making and Best Out of Waste, as part of a vocational training initiative and help the students set up their self-employment opportunities and businesses.
In a statement here on Thursday, SRR college principal K Ramakrishna said that the Certificate Course in candle making and Best Out of Waste will be offered only to women candidates, including students, homemakers and girls, who passed SSC examinations. Both courses are of three-month duration with a fee structure of only Rs 1,000 for each course, and upon completion of the course, the certificates would be distributed to the participants.
The seats are limited to only 30 students each in two certificate courses. The applications could be submitted from August 1 to 5 between 11 am to 1 pm. Further details can be obtained from IQAC coordinator Harjoth Kaur by dialling 9247139101, the press note stated.
