KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 04, 2025: The Department of Zoology and Fisheries of the SRR Government Arts and Science College in Karimnagar town conducted a one-day national webinar on ‘Ecosystem Restoration: Covid-19 lessons for people, nature and climate –key approaches for a sustainable future” on Tuesday.
Osmania University, Zoology Department Assistant Professor Nageshwar Rao Amanchi delivered his keynote address. TGCGTA state general secretary K Surender Reddy was the chief guest and SRR college principal K Ramakrishna was the patron. Speakers have stressed the need to preserve the ecosystem for future generations.
Convenor and HoD of the Zoology department and Associate Professor A Jyothi Laxmi, Organising secretary Kiranmayi, co-convenors and assistant professors D Ravinder Rao and Banoth Kalpana and others participated in the seminar.
