
KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 20, 2025: The Department of Commerce and Business Administration of SRR Government Arts and Science College (A) organised an awareness programme on Professional Courses like CA (Chartered Accountancy) and CMA (Cost and Management Accountancy) for commerce students.
Speaking on the occasion, Keynote Speaker Mr. Gurram Ashok Kumar, Master Minds College, Hyderabad, stated that the commerce students who complete professional courses such as CA and CMA alongside their Degree Courses have a plethora of job opportunities in the present business and industrial sectors. He highlighted that as the Indian economy progresses towards becoming the World’s third-largest economy, there will be a demand for 3 million Chartered Accountants in India by 2047, and urged commerce students to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. He enlightened the students on detailed information about the syllabus, subjects, fee structure, course duration, and career prospects related to CA and CMA courses.
On this occasion, College Principal Prof. K. Ramakrishna encouraged commerce students to pursue professional courses to secure better employment opportunities. M. Malla Reddy, In-charge Head of the Commerce Department and Programme Coordinator, noted that there is a dire need for professionals like CA and CMA with the advent of ever-growing businesses and industrial units, and urged students to take advantage of this opportunity.
