
Orders Issued as per the Directions of C&MD N. Balram
HYDERABAD, SEPTEMBER 24, 2025: Management of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited has issued orders to regularise workers who joined as Badili workers and completed 190/240 musters while working in underground mines, open cast mines or surface, as General Assistant Category-1 employees, on Wednesday.
Those who completed one year of service on or before December 31, 2024, and fulfilled the requirement of 190 musters in underground mines or 240 musters in open cast mines or surface departments are eligible for regularisation as General Assistant Category-1. The management has agreed to this and issued the relevant orders.
This decision was made following discussions between Singareni Chaiman & Managing Director N. Balram, Director (Personnel) Goutham Potru and the recognised workers’ union, which is Singareni Collieries Workers Union. Subsequently, the General Manager (Personnel), IR&PM, issued a circular to all areas on Wednesday requesting regularisation proposals.
Orders will be issued accordingly for the regularisation of 303 workers in Ramagundam-2 Area, 250 in Bhupalpalli Area, 241 in Srirampur Area, 167 in Ramagundam-3 & Adriyala Areas, 156 in Ramagundam-1 Area, 64 in Mandamarri Area, 21 in the Corporate Area, 20 in Kothagudem Area, 19 in Manuguru Area, 11 in Bellampalli Area, and 6 in Yellandu Area as General Assistant Category-1 employees.
