
KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 14, 2024: Students of Siddartha Group of Schools in Mankammathota, Bhagathnagar, Vidyanagar, Seetharampur and Choppadandi in various parts of Karimnagar celebrated the Children’s Day with lots of enthusiasm to commemorate the birth anniversary of first Prime Minister of India Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru on Thursday.
On this occasion, the students donned the role of teachers as part of Self-Governance day. They conducted classes to their juniors and won accolades. The students also participated in fancy dress competitions and other cultural programmes including dances, skits etc. Special games were also organised for the students. The students enjoyed various performances and played games. They also participated in essay writing and painting competitions.
A special morning assembly was organized by the teachers at all the schools to mark the occasion and to make children feel special. Contrary to the routine assembly, the teachers recited fun-filled news and quiz, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the students. The teachers presented a group song, group dance and a skit. School chairman Dasari Sripal Reddy congratulated the students for their outstanding performances in cultural programmes and conduct of classes to their juniors.
