
KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 11, 2025: Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Sciences (Autonomous), Karimnagar, hosted an insightful and impactful Education to Employability programme aimed at preparing students for the transition from academic learning to professional careers on Monday.
The event, conducted in collaboration with SAP and the Edunet Foundation, marked a significant step in equipping students with industry-relevant skills and knowledge. The programme was graced by distinguished chief guests, Ms. Devi Sen, Programme Manager (Skill Training and Development), Edunet Foundation, and Mr. Mohammed Afsar Pasha, Programme Manager, Edunet Foundation. Both guests brought with them extensive experience in skill development initiatives and shared valuable insights on the changing professional landscape.
The sessions focused on bridging the gap between education and employment, covering key areas such as career readiness, industry expectations, employability skills development, and pathways to professional success. The speakers emphasised the importance of adapting to the evolving demands of the job market, discussed communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and encouraged students to take advantage of internship opportunities, online certifications, and continuous learning platforms. They also shared motivational career stories and strategies for building a successful professional profile.
The event received enthusiastic participation from students, who expressed appreciation for the practical guidance and motivation offered. Many attendees shared that the program helped them gain a clearer vision for their career paths. The institute acknowledged the efforts of the Edunet Foundation for initiating this impactful session and expressed gratitude to the chief guests for their contributions.
On this occasion, JITS Chairman Juvvadi Sagar Rao emphasised the importance of such initiatives in shaping students’ futures. Secretary and Correspondent J.
