Director (PAW) Gowtham Potru conducts a review through video conference with all Area Personnel Department Officials
HYDERABAD, JULY 16, 2025: Singareni Chairman and Managing Director N. Balram and Director (PAW) Gowtham Potru held a comprehensive review meeting via video conference with officials from the Personnel Departments of all SCCL Areas, focusing on matters related to employee welfare and administration from Singareni Bhavan in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
On this occasion, both the CMD and Director (PAW) instructed the Personnel Department officials to ensure quick and efficient resolution of employee-related issues without delay, clearly stating that a lack of timely action will not be tolerated. They emphasised the need to conduct counselling sessions for employees who are irregular in attending duties to ensure their regular attendance.
Later, Director (PAW) Gowtham Potru held a detailed review with the heads of Personnel Departments from 11 Areas, discussing: Disciplinary actions being taken against employees who are irregular to duties.
Allocation of specific duties to women employees appointed on compassionate grounds. Timely processing of CMPF, pension claims, gratuity, CPRMS medical cards, and compassionate appointments for retiring employees. Status of company quarters in each area.
He directed that no files related to employee welfare should be kept pending and that complete focus must be maintained on prompt and efficient processing. He stressed that no negligence will be tolerated in matters concerning employee welfare.
The review meeting was attended from Singareni Bhavan Excutive Director Coal Moment S.D.M .Subhani, GM (Personnel) IR & PM Kavitha Naidu, GM (Personnel) RC Benedict Nicholas, GM (Personnel) Welfare & CSR G.V. Kiran Kumar,GM (Personnel) EE Cell AJM Muralidhar Rao, AGM (Personnel) G. Rajendra Prasad, DGMs (Personnel) K. Ajay Kumar and Sri Kesa Narayana Rao, Personnel Department heads of all 11 Areas, and other concerned officials and staff members.
