KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 26, 2026: The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great patriotic fervour at St George International School (CBSE) and Paradise High Schools in various parts of Karimnagar. The event commenced with the unfurling of the national flag by Chairman P Fatima Reddy, followed by the national anthem.
The celebrations were brought to life by the students through a variety of cultural programmes. The audience was enthralled by:

Patriotic Performances: Soul-stirring songs and vibrant dance sequences. The students donned the roles of freedom fighters, soldiers and other national leaders.
Educational Skits: A special play on the ‘Importance of the Indian Constitution’ that highlighted our democratic values. Speeches: Inspiring talks by students on the significance of the day.

Addressing the gathering, the Chairman extended his warm Republic Day greetings. He emphasised that: “Students play a pivotal role in building the future of India. While enjoying the rights granted by our Constitution, it is equally important to remember and fulfil our fundamental duties toward the nation.”
Road Safety Awareness Campaign
In a unique initiative marking the occasion, students from the St George Ninos Block (CBSE), Vidyanagar, organised a Road Safety Awareness Programme. The initiative aimed to educate the public on traffic rules and the importance of safety while driving.
The event was attended by Principals: Vasantha, Bhargav, and Priyadarshini. Vice-Principals Niranjan and Madhu, Staff, parents, and a large number of students.
