TOOPRAN, JUNE 21, 2025: Zilla Parishad Boys High School, Toopran and MPUPS, Ravelli, Toopran mandal, celebrated the 11th International Yoga Day with a vibrant and engaging event promoting physical and mental wellbeing through the practice of Yoga on Saturday.
Toopran Mandal Education Officer Parvati Satyanarayana participated as the chief guest in this program and performed yoga asanas with the students. Speaking on the occasion, the the MEO said – “A person can achieve complete health through the practice of yoga, which should not only be considered as a physical exercise but also as a great practice that gives peace to the mind. Everyone, especially students, should make yoga a part of their daily life.”
The celebration brought together students, teachers, and staff to participate in a series of activities aimed at fostering a healthy lifestyle and mindfulness. The event kicked off with a rejuvenating yoga session led by the school yoga instructor and the MEO. The sessions provided a unique opportunity to experience the transformative power of yoga along with valuable techniques to manage stress and enhance overall wellness.
