HYDERABAD, JANUARY 31, 2026: Under the PM SHRI (Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India) scheme of the Government of India, a three-day Regional Mentoring Programme on Innovation (IDE Boot Camp) for teachers and students of PM SHRI schools was conducted at ACE Engineering College, Ghatkesar, from January 28 to 30, 2026, and concluded successfully.
The sessions marked the culmination of three days of immersive learning, focusing on transforming ideas into prototypes, strengthening financial acumen and preparing educators for startup and innovation ecosystems. The day began with a reinforcing continuity and deepening participants’ engagement with innovation-led education.

The valedictory function was graced by Y. V. Gopala Krishna Murthy, General Secretary of the college, as the Chief Guest. He emphasised the importance of innovation-based education, created awareness among students, and offered valuable guidance and suggestions to help them further refine their innovations.
The programme also witnessed the participation of P. Mamatha Rao, Director, and Y. V. Raghu Vamsi, Chief Operating Officer, who contributed to the successful organisation of the event.
Additionally, Bheema Linga Reddy from the Ministry of Education–AICTE, along with Wadhwani Foundation representatives Shri Shyam P. and Shri Rene Robin, attended the programme and encouraged the participating teams.
The three-day regional mentoring programme was conducted successfully under the guidance of N. Sudhakar Reddy, Principal, and Prof. K. Jaya Bharathi, SPOC.
The organisers stated that the programme significantly strengthened creativity, problem-solving skills, and innovation-driven thinking among teachers and students, and played a vital role in achieving the objectives of the PM SHRI scheme.
