
INC Candidate Naveen Yadav Declared Winner in Jubilee Hills Bye-Election
HYDERABAD, NOVEMBER 14, 2025: The counting of votes for the Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency Bye-Election concluded peacefully on Friday at the Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad. The process was conducted under the supervision of the Returning Officer, P. Sairam, who officially declared indian national Congress Party candidate Naveen Yadav as the winner.
Smooth and Well-Organised Counting Operations
The counting process commenced at 8:00 AM and progressed through 10 rounds, completing in an orderly and transparent manner.
Hyderabad District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner R. V. Karnan closely monitored the counting operations throughout the day.
Additional Commissioner Hemant Keshav Patil, Zonal Commissioners Apoorv Chauhan and Hemant Sahadeva Rao coordinated the arrangements to ensure that the entire process was conducted smoothly and without interruptions.
Declaration of Result
In the presence of the General observer Ranjit Kumar Singh appointed for the bye-election, Returning Officer P. Sairam announced the victory of Congress candidate Naveen Yadav.
Following the declaration, the Returning Officer formally handed over the Certificate of Election to the winning candidate.
Security and Law & Order
In view of the bye-election, the Hyderabad City Police had put in place comprehensive security measures at the counting centre and surrounding areas, ensuring that no untoward incidents occurred during the process.
