
KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 14, 2025: There was overwhelming response to the state-level Alphores Maths Olympiad Test (AMOT)-2025 in various parts of Telangana state on Sunday.
A record number of 18,450 students from third standard to the tenth classes participated in the AMOT. Alphores Educational Institutions chairman V Narender Reddy has formally launched the AMOT-2025 at Alphores central office in Vavilalapalli of Karimnagar town on Sunday. Earlier, he paid floral tributes to the Mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan.
For each class, the first 20 students would be given cash prizes and certificates. The first prize carries Rs 5,000, the second prize Rs 3,000 and the third prize Rs 2,000. A total of Rs 4,44,444 cash prizes would be distributed to the students on the occasion of National Mathematics Day on December 22 as part of birth anniversary of Srinivasa Ramanujan.
