
KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 11, 2025: An orientation programme on TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge) was conducted at Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Karimnagar, aimed at creating awareness among students about the benefits of skill development and career readiness on Wednesday.
Ailneni Gangaprasad, District Manager of the integrated Karimnagar district, attended as the resource person for the session. With 12 years of experience as a Trainer and District Manager in TASK, he currently oversees 62 colleges in the region. He actively works with district officials to implement government skill initiatives and coordinates placement drives, entrepreneurship programmes, and ideathons in regional colleges.
Under his guidance, over 11,000 students have secured placements in the IT and ITES sectors.

Addressing the students, Mr. Gangaprasad explained the advantages of registering with TASK, highlighting how the platform helps students build technical and employability skills, access training programmes, and participate in campus recruitment drives. He encouraged students to take full advantage of TASK’s opportunities for personal growth and professional development.
College Principal T Malathi, along with Vice Principal S Padmaja, felicitated Mr Gangaprasad with a memento in appreciation of his contribution. A group photo was taken with TASK coordinator B.Deepthi, faculty and students to mark the occasion.
The session concluded with enthusiastic participation, and many students expressed interest in registering for TASK.
